Chiva Som is my favourite retreat destination Spa. With friendly staff, great sport and wellness programme, daily massage, additional spa treatments and delicious food this is the place to visit time after time.
Normally I start my day with daily yoga and stretching classes, which are held early in the morning in an outside pavilion. I enjoy my light breakfast and then continue with aerobic and aqua classes. After buffet lunch I spent most of my afternoon relaxing or attending personal sessions. I enjoy my massages in the evening before the dinner and then try to get early to bed to be able to wake up early in the following morning to start my day again.
After one week holiday you feel definitely better, healthier and relaxed. It is great to return home with full of energy. Whether you travel on your own or with someone, Chiva Som offers a perfect holiday .

How to get there:
Chiva Som is located in Hua Hin, Thailand. The easiest way to get there is to take a flight to Bangkok and organise a Chiva Som driver to pick up you from the airport or your hotel in Bangkok. The drive will take about 3-4 hours depending on traffic.
Best time to be there:
You can go whenever, but especially the European winter is a good time to visit and enjoy the warm weather. To get best out of the holiday, I would avoid public holidays such as Christmas and Easter.
